Luxury Hotel Branded Residential Project

525 Harrison Street is a fully approved Luxury Hotel Branded Residential Project containing 48 luxury residential condominiums and 36 hotel branded luxury corporate rental apartment units.  This 23-story tower is estimated to cost approximately $276 million and is slated to commence construction in the 3rd Quarter 2023.  

The Project is located adjacent to the San Francisco Bay Bridge’s “Gateway” entrance to the San Francisco Downtown Financial District and will provide dramatic 330-degree views of the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
