Portsmouth is in planning for the purchase of the fully entitled development site that was previously was occupied by the 5-Star Luxury Hotel located in the northern Napa Valley.

Upon its successful purchase of this 158-acre site, the project currently being planned will consist of 50-Luxury Hotel Branded Keys and 22 Luxury Hotel Branded Residential Condominiums.  The project will include the largest Luxury Hotel Spa Facilities in Napa Valley and will house a combination of Michelin Starred Restaurants, Wine Tasting Venues, and private and public amenities along with the project being “wrapped” with additional vineyard areas.  This project will lead the way for luxury hotel accommodations that are planned with the most advanced on-site energy and water reclamation programs and will utilize the most impactful fire-preventive site planning and building materials.
