Fully Approved Luxury Hotel and Residential Condominium

Portsmouth is in negotiation for the purchase of a fully approved luxury hotel and residential condominium site in Downtown Seattle and within two (2) blocks from Seattle’s famous “Pike’s Seafood Market”.  The project to be developed will consist of 110 Luxury Hotel Branded Keys, 94 Luxury Hotel Branded Residential Condominiums, and 71 Luxury Hotel Branded Corporate Rental Apartments.  The planned $478 million project is slated to commence construction in the 4th Quarter 2023.
