Portsmouth is in negotiation for the purchase of property located in the core of Downtown Vancouver that will be completely redeveloped with a new 45-story Luxury Branded Hotel and Luxury Branded Residential Condominium Tower consisting of approximately 150 Luxury Hotel Keys and 50 Luxury Branded Residential Condominiums.

This new $540 million, 45-story tower, is planned to be acquired in the 2nd Quarter 2023 with commencement of construction during the 4th Quarter 2024.
