A Twin Tower Luxury Condominium Project of 706 units encompassing 1.25 million square feet is located at the gateway to Downtown San Francisco. This 38-story, 380-foot, luxury hospitality and branded residential condominium project consists of 228 hotel rooms and 82 luxury for-sale condominiums and received all approvals for development in 2018. The project is an assemblage of three properties, 547, 555 and 557 Howard Street in San Francisco. The project is located within the core Financial District of San Francisco, and is slated for commencement of construction in 2026.
