Luxury Branded Hotel and Residences

Portsmouth Development is under contract to acquire a 140-acre, fully previously entitled luxury hospitality and residential site at Frenchman’s Bay in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, featuring three private beaches and over 5,400 feet of beachfront frontage.

The planned development includes a six-star luxury hotel with approximately 100 keys and 50 branded residential villas, designed as a low-density, globally competitive resort destination. The project is currently in pre- development, with due diligence and design studies underway.
