Ultra-Luxury Hotel and Branded Residences

Portsmouth Development is in the process preliminary negotiations for acquiring the purchase of a prime, freehold, City-Centre, Old Town Property for the adapted-reuse of a historical Category A property, that will accommodate an approximately 80 luxury hotel rooms and approximately 30 luxury branded residences. The project will also include a Rooftop approximately 2-acres of signature garden and venue areas along with multiple Signature Restaurants, and a full Wellness Spa venue.

The project is currently in planning, with due diligence and design studies underway.
