Portsmouth Development is in the process of finalizing a Purchase contract to acquire a prime, Golden Triangle Site in Beverly Hills for the development of an approximate 26-story, 60-unit, stand-alone, luxury branded, residential project, featuring luxury amenities such as direct-to- unit elevator access to all residences, a Rooftop Signature Restaurant and a Private Vintage Auto Collection Showroom with a Lounge and Restaurant venue.

The project is currently in planning, with due diligence and design studies underway.
